Al Mouj Walk
Established in 2006, Al Mouj Muscat is Oman’s flagship integrated waterfront community and the country’s first Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC). Spanning 2.5 million sqm of GFA and 82% complete, the development has attracted over OMR 1.34 billion in investment.
It is home to more than 8,000 residents across 3,645 delivered homes representing over 85 nationalities. Retail is centred around Al Mouj Walk, offering ~100 units across ~20,000 m2 sqm of GLA with a strong F&B led mix.
