The Al Arous site is strategically located northeast of central Jeddah and forms part of the King Abdulaziz International Airport Corporation Lands (KAIAC). Covering approximately 4.4 million square metres, the site aligns with the city’s expansion towards the north. The surrounding area includes King Abdulaziz International Airport, a hospital, a sports stadium, a cultural centre and the Ministry of Housing development.
